Irish Community Care is a voluntary organisation which was founded in 1986 by members of the Manchester Irish Community. The organisation has evolved from its humble beginnings, based in St Lawrences Presbytery sharing the Church telephone, to its current position of 2 offices employing 7 staff and facilitating over 90 volunteers.
